Will loves a problem that needs a solution. He enjoys designing and building applications that help people in some aspect of their lives.

Will is a senior consultant for TiER1 and has 20 years in the learning solutions arena providing course development, consulting, system design, and software engineering expertise. He has worked on projects spanning various industries including telecommunications, banking and finance, and pharmaceutical. Will’s focus for the last 10 years has been designing/developing custom web applications including learning management systems, content management systems, and business management tools. Will has a B.S. in accounting and a M.S. in instructional technology from Bloomsburg University of PA.
