In 2016, we challenged ourselves to build the world’s largest electric-powered manned helicopter. We were told ‘it’s impossible, it’s ridiculous, batteries are too heavy, maybe in 50 years’. With a practical approach to engineering, and a can-do attitude, we proved them wrong. In 2020, we continue to pioneer a new era of aviation and certify electric propulsion technology for the worlds best-selling helicopter.
