Inga Kivistö

Inga Kivistö has work experience as an IT-suunnittelija at Kuntien Tiera Oy since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a System Specialist at Mico Botnia Oy Ab starting in May 2018, and at the City of Vaasa starting in June 2010. From January to December 2009, they were an IT Specialist at Enerit Oy. Inga also has experience as a Software Developer at Fotoni Software Oy from January 2004 to December 2006, and as an IT Professional at IBM Finland from May 2000 to March 2003.

Inga Kivistö began their education at Vaasan ammattikorkeakoulu VAMK University of Applied Sciences in 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Information Technology. Inga completed their studies in 2001. In 2013, they returned to Vaasan ammattikorkeakoulu VAMK University of Applied Sciences to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Business Administration and Management, General. The end year for this degree is not provided.

In addition to their academic achievements, Inga has obtained several certifications to complement their education. In November 2019, they became a Certified Efecte Administrator - Service Management - Self Service through Efecte Plc. More recently, in July 2022, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
