Virve H. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Virve is currently a Project Manager at Kuntien Tiera Oy, a position they started in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at TietoEVRY as a Senior Change Lead from January 2020 to November 2021. Before that, they held various roles at Tieto, including Change Lead from April 2017 to January 2020, Project Manager from January 2013 to March 2017, Technical Specialist from June 2010 to December 2012, Customer Incident Manager from May 2008 to July 2010, and Service Desk Specialist from October 1999 to April 2008. Virve also has work experience at the City of Turku, Health Care, Information Services, where they served as a Personal Support Advisor from April 1998 to July 1999, IT-Project Secretary from August 1996 to March 1998, and Office Secretary/Department Secretary from May 1992 to July 1996.

Virve H. completed their Vocational Qualification in Business Information Technology from Forssa Vocational Adult Education from 1996 to 1998. Virve also underwent mandatory 480 hours of education in European Studies in Guildford Adult Education Area during this time. Prior to that, they attended Raisio Business College from 1989 to 1991 and earned a Vocational Qualification in Business and Administration with a focus on Public Administration.

In terms of additional certifications, Virve obtained the Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in August 2022, as well as the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification in June 2022. Virve also holds the ITIL v4 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in June 2021. Additionally, Virve has the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from Wakaru Oy, received in April 2010, and the ITIL v2 Foundation certification from Tieturi, obtained in May 2008.
