Jason Berry is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in technical operations and project management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Technical Operations at TierPoint since 2004, Jason has previously held roles including Service Delivery Manager and Director of Technical Operations, focusing on customer installations and project resolution. Prior to TierPoint, Jason was a Senior Project Manager for Complex Client Implementations and Senior Implementation Manager at Cosentry, a leader in Midwest Data Center Services. Jason began a career at XIOLINK as an Assistant Technical Support Manager and Datacenter Systems Engineer, gaining foundational experience in IT services. Additionally, Jason held the position of Inventory Control Manager at CompUSA, where operational excellence was recognized through multiple awards. Jason holds a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Webster University.
