Keith Rury

Keith Rury is an experienced technical professional with a strong background in server monitoring, quality assurance, and data analysis. Currently serving as a SiteOps Technician II at TierPoint since November 2019, Keith oversees customer server maintenance, new customer setups, and hardware troubleshooting while mentoring new hires. Previously, as a QA Lead at Backflip Studios, responsibilities included creating departmental plans, automation strategies, and testing in Unity. Earlier roles at Cryptic Studios and TierPoint involved quality assurance and NOC operations, where Keith managed testing protocols and customer issue resolutions. Additional experience includes co-founding Patches 4 Pockets and roles in data analysis and quality assurance at various companies, including id Software and Frontera Produce.
