Vojtech Kadlec

Vojtech Kadlec is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Development Manager at Tietoevry since June 2021, Vojtech oversees global recruitment processes, aligns operational practices to global strategy, and manages recruitment tools and systems. Previously, Vojtech held the role of Country Talent Acquisition Manager, leading a team of 20 IT recruiters in the Czech and Slovak Republics. Vojtech’s expertise includes high-volume IT recruitment, strategic decision-making, stakeholder management, and the execution of employer branding strategies. Prior to Tietoevry, Vojtech excelled as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Avast and as a Talent Acquisition Manager at McDermott International, where Vojtech was responsible for complex recruitment services and team development. Vojtech’s career also includes significant roles at IBM and other recruitment firms, showcasing a strong track record of enhancing recruitment processes and delivering results in competitive environments. Vojtech holds a high school diploma from Gymnazium Matyase Lercha.
