Muhammad Asim has extensive experience as a software engineer and architect. Muhammad has worked at multiple companies, including TietoEVRY and EVRY, where they held various roles such as Lead Software Architect, Software Development Team Lead, Chief Consultant, and Development Lead. Their responsibilities included designing and implementing systems for financial services, specifically focusing on cards and digital payments. Their technical skills include Java, Spring, REST, APIs, Hibernate, Maven, Linux, Oracle, Dockers, Jenkins, Jira, GIT, and Web Services. Prior to their work in the financial services sector, Muhammad worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Schlumberger WesternGeco, where they developed seismic acquisition systems. Muhammad also has experience as an Application Developer, Software Engineer, and Internee Software Engineer earlier in their career.

Muhammad Asim holds a M.S degree in Software Engineering of Distributed Systems from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, which they obtained between 2005 and 2007. Muhammad also has a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Management and Technology, Lahore, which they earned between 2001 and 2003. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various areas such as Java 9, Hadoop Platform and Application Framework, and Introduction to Big Data.
