AZ Abiud is a serial entrepreneur and founding member of TIGER 21 with a history of creating multiple successful businesses. AZ began their entrepreneurial journey at seventeen, launching a PropTech property management platform that generated over a million dollars in revenue by the age of twenty-one. They served as CEO of Urban Investment Group from 2009 to 2016, leading the company to notable recognition, including being named one of the fastest-growing real estate firms in DC by Inc. Magazine. Currently, AZ is the Managing Partner at Astute Equity Group, which is focused on long-term value creation across asset classes, and holds advisory roles with several organizations, including Just Homes and RoomEquity. Their achievements have garnered multiple accolades, including recognition as a 40 Under 40 Honoree by Washington Business Journal and other prominent organizations.
