Dirk Bak has extensive experience in senior operations leadership, marketing, and brand positioning, serving in various advisory and board roles for multiple organizations. They are currently the Tiger 21 Chair for Park City and the President of SDQ Janitorial and Corporate Facilities Management, roles they have held since 2000. Dirk has also contributed as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Freedom Foundation of Minnesota from 2008 to 2023 and as co-chair for several political campaigns, including Romney for President. They hold a bachelor's degree from the UMN Carlson School of Management and an Executive Program in Management from Harvard Business School.
