James Salmon has a diverse work background. James currently serves as the CIO/CTO for TIGER 21, a global peer community for high-net-worth individuals. Prior to their current role, they were the Chief Information Officer at Meritage Homes, a prominent home builder in the United States. Before that, James held the position of International Implementations Executive at Apollo Global International Inc. Additionally, they worked as the Chief Information Officer (Interim) at Business Link West Midlands and the National Pharmacy Association. James also served as the Company Director for Salsven Technology Ltd. James was a member of the Information Systems Executive Advisory Board at Arizona State University and a Trustee/Non-Executive Director at ChanceUK. James took a sabbatical to renovate a house in the South of France. James has experience in technology implementation, team leadership, and strategic decision-making.

James Salmon completed a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Edith Cowan University from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, in 1998, they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Education from the same university. James also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Edith Cowan University, which they received from 1996 to 1998. In addition, James Salmon obtained a Diploma in Electronics Engineering from the Royal Australian Air Force between 1991 and 1994.
