Kathy Gilmore has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kathy started their career as a Vice President of Operations at RehabWest, where they worked from 1994 to 2005. Kathy then joined Vistage Worldwide, Inc. as a Vice President of New Groups, driving member acquisitions and launching new groups. In 2010, Kathy took a break from corporate work to become a Career Coach at YES Strategies, where they helped young professionals and recent college graduates achieve their career goals. Kathy later joined DRT Strategies as a Vice President of Human Resources, managing IT services and consulting for various clients. Currently, Kathy works at TIGER 21 as a Senior Vice President of New Group Development, overseeing the full lifecycle of a Chair and providing coaching and support to the community's ultra-high-net-worth members.

Kathy Gilmore earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Education and Business from St. Bonaventure University, where they studied from 1976 to 1980. Kathy then went on to obtain a Master of Arts degree in Counseling and Guidance from The Catholic University of America, completing their studies there from 1980 to 1983.

In terms of additional certifications, Kathy obtained a Strengths Coaching Certification Program from Gallup in the year 2015.
