Lisa A. Cafferata

Lisa A. Cafferata is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Lisa A. currently works as the Vice President of Programming at TIGER 21 since October 2020. Lisa A. is also an Advisor for the Founding Team at Knowledge Impact Network, starting in May 2020. In August 2020, they were a Consultant for Learning Strategy at 50/50 Women on Boards.

From 2015 to 2020, Lisa held two roles at YPO - Young Presidents' Organization. Lisa A. was a Sr. Advisor for Learning Solutions and the Director of Learning Design & Content, responsible for developing impactful leadership development programs and spearheading thought leadership solutions. Prior to that, Lisa held various roles at YPO, including Director and Manager of Global Programs, leading teams and delivering high-quality programs with large budgets. Lisa A. also served as a Resource Director for Seminars.

Earlier in their career, Lisa worked as a Data Manager at New England Research Institutes, Inc. from 1996 to 1997, where they supervised staff and contributed to data management plans.

Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and program management skills.

Lisa A. Cafferata completed a Certificate in Human-Centered Service Design from IDEO in 2020. In the same year, they also studied Designing Strategy at IDEO, although they did not receive a degree for this field of study. In 2018, Lisa pursued Executive Education at MIT Sloan School of Management, focusing on Transforming Your Leadership Style. Lisa A. attended the London Business School in 2013 for Executive Education in Essentials of Leadership. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from Kenyon College, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. Lisa A. furthered their educational journey by acquiring a MA and PhD in Sociology from the University at Buffalo from 1998 to 2003. During their undergraduate years, Lisa attended The Swedish Program in 1994 and 1995 to study the Swedish Social Welfare State, although they did not receive a degree for this program.
