Mike Fields

Mike Fields currently serves as Chair at TIGER 21, guiding group meetings for an exclusive community of ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Additionally, Mike holds the position of Principal at Kenly Capital, providing private fund consulting services. As an Independent Director, Mike is involved with the Constitutional Capital Access Fund, focusing on audit committee responsibilities, and serves as Audit Committee Chair at Registered Fund Services, which supports the launch of registered investment funds. Previously, Mike was Chief Operating Officer at The Strategic Group and Hatteras Funds, where responsibilities included management and strategic development. Mike has also contributed as Treasurer for Arts Together and worked as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley.
