Badrish Prakash

Badrish Prakash is currently an Analytics Consulting at Tiger Analytics LLC. Prior to that, they worked as a Director in PwC's Financial Services Modeling & Analytics team where they focused on statistical, financial and econometric modelling. There, they were responsible for leading engagement lifecycle activities such as project scoping, proposals, optimizing cost and profitability, and helping in account management, industry discussion and building relationships.

During their time at PwC, Badrish helped a leading regional bank set up their model risk management function. Badrish also completed model validation testing for a US-based international bank's various loss (PD/LGD/EAD) and PPNR models for their CCAR submission under a strict budget and timeline. Additionally, they worked with a large bank's internal audit department to conduct model risk management program effectiveness by conducting gap analysis of the program's design and execution. Badrish has also audited various models for leading banks and auto-finance clients for the use in standard accounting processes.

Badrish is known for being an expert in their field and regularly shares periodic insights and leading industry practices with leaders in the banking industry.

Badrish Prakash completed a GMP in General Management Program for Executives from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Prior to that, they completed their Masters in Statistics from Delhi University, and their Bachelors in Statistics (Honours) from Delhi University. Badrish also has a +2 in English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics from Sainik School Tilaiya. Badrish is certified from the University Grants Commission in National Eligibility for Training in Statistics, India (NET).
