Kousalya has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. They most recently worked at Tiger Analytics as a Senior Lead Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, they were a Talent Acquisition Lead at Cashfree Payments and a Lead Recruiter at BYJU'S. They also worked as a Senior Recruiter-Tech at BYJU'S and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Rapido - India's Largest Bike Taxi. Kousalya started their career at CareerNet Technologies, where they held roles as a Consultant and an Associate Consultant.

Kousalya completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bangalore University between 2009 and 2012. Kousalya then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree specializing in HR and Finance, also from Bangalore University, from 2012 to 2014.
