Niranjan Emmanuel

Niranjan Emmanuel has a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Niranjan has experience working as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Tiger Analytics since February 2023, where they manage a team of recruiters and creates recruitment strategies aligned with the company's hiring needs. Prior to that, they worked at Cognizant as a Senior Executive Human Resources from February 2021 to February 2023. In this role, they utilized various methods to attract candidates, conducted interviews, and managed candidate information using applicant tracking systems. Before Cognizant, Niranjan worked at HCL Technologies as an HR Executive from April 2016 to February 2021. Niranjan was responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, assessment, and onboarding, as well as developing talent sourcing strategies and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Overall, Niranjan has a comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes and has successfully contributed to hiring top talent in various organizations.

Niranjan Emmanuel completed their education in three different institutions. Niranjan obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Pondicherry University during the period from 2014 to 2016. Before pursuing their MBA, they attended Loyola Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they completed their high school education at St. Patrick's Anglo-Indian Higher Secondary School from 1996 to 2010, where they obtained a High School Diploma in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Niranjan Emmanuel also acquired a certification in "Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn in May 2021.
