Rohan Kumar

Rohan Kumar has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Lead Data Scientist at Tiger Analytics. In this position, they lead and delivers data science solutions for multiple clients, while also managing and mentoring a team of senior and associate data scientists and analysts. Prior to that, Rohan was an AI Engineer at Jaarvistech from 2018 to 2020. As a founding member of the Data Science Team, they managed multiple developers and built models, features, and dashboards for demand and supply prediction in workforce and fleet management for a ride-sharing and hailing platform. These models were created for multiple regions, including Canada, the Middle East, and India.

Rohan also has experience as a Project Engineer at Wipro Digital from 2016 to 2018, where they played a significant role in developing Smartance, a pioneering healthcare AI product. Using advanced natural language processing (NLP) capabilities, Smartance automated and streamlined pharmacovigilance processes in the pharmaceutical industry.

Furthermore, Rohan began their career as a Summer Intern at Radio Design in 2014, where they assisted with research and development efforts related to radio technology, including data collection, analysis, and prototype testing.

Rohan Kumar completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science at the Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi from 2012 to 2016. In addition, they obtained various certifications such as Bluemix Essentials and Build Chatbots with Watson Conversation from IBM in November 2017, Android Developer and Python Developer from Wipro Digital in September 2017 and April 2016 respectively, and AMCAT certifications in various fields from Aspiring Minds in 2014 and 2015.
