Subhasish Bera

Subhasish Bera currently serves as a Delivery Partner in Analytics Consulting at Tiger Analytics since July 2023. Previously, Subhasish held various leadership roles at Hansa Cequity, including Head, Director, and Associate Director of Data Science & AI from May 2019 to July 2023. Prior to that, Subhasish was the Director of Analytics at Sutherland Global Services from January 2016 to May 2019. Subhasish began a career at Cognizant Technology Solutions India Pvt. Ltd in April 2004, progressing through roles from Programmer Analyst Trainee to Manager of Projects, where responsibilities included managing payment transaction processes and fund accounting services. Subhasish holds multiple degrees, including a Post Graduate Program in Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute, a Post Graduate Diploma in Machine Learning & AI from Emeritus, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Telecommunication from the University of Kalyani.
