Simon Avery

Simon Avery is currently the Head of Client Strategy at Tiger Eye, a position held since November 2025. Previously served as Managing Director, Senior Director, and Consulting Director at Morae from April 2019 to August 2025, and held various positions including Consulting Director and Principal Consultant at Phoenix Business Solutions from 2008 to November 2020. In these roles, Simon Avery was responsible for delivering consultancy services across EMEA, managing resources, conducting complex system health reports, and liaising with clients to develop tailored solutions. Earlier career experience includes support roles at Harbottle and Lewis LLP, Nabarro, and IBB Law, where responsibilities ranged from desktop support to technical training and user administration. Simon Avery has a strong foundation in IT consulting and client strategy, underpinned by extensive experience in managing teams and delivering high-quality services.
