Jack Karavich

Jack Karavich has a long and varied work experience. Jack began their career in 2006 as a Senior Service Delivery Manager at Bank of America. In 2007, they moved to the US Navy as a Program Manager. In 2009, they joined UNCF as a Senior Program Manager. In 2011, they founded and became CEO of Symetrec. From 2014 to 2016, they held various roles at Capital One, including Director of Enterprise Design Management and Senior Manager of Enterprise Digital Analytics. In 2017, they became Senior Director of Design Engineering at Walmart Labs. In 2018, they moved to GSK as Vice President of Platforms and Senior Director of Design Engineering. In 2019, they joined Honeywell as Chief Digital Architect. Most recently, in 2020, they founded and became CEO of Tigeraire.

Jack Karavich attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology from 1994 to 1998. Jack then went on to Georgetown University, where they earned a BS in Physics in 2002. Following this, they attended Texas A&M University, where they worked towards a PhD in Astrophysics before leaving in 2003. Finally, they completed an MBA at Tulane University in 2006.
