Daniel ("Tad") Eldredge serves as the General Counsel for Howden Re and Howden North America since 2023. Currently, they also hold the position of Chief Counsel for Corporate and Americas at Aon, where they have been integral to legal strategy since joining Aon Benfield in 2008 as Assistant General Counsel. With extensive experience in legal roles, including partnerships at TigerRisk Partners and Howden Tiger, they began their legal career after earning a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2000 and a B.A. from Boston College in 1995. Their past roles include Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Benfield and Assistant Vice President at E. W. Blanch Holdings.
