Rich Fuller

Rich Fuller is a seasoned product design leader with extensive experience in human-centered design and user experience. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Product Design at TigerConnect since April 2025, Rich previously held the position of Product Design Lead at Point, where innovative design strategies and cross-functional collaboration were prioritized. Rich's tenure at Zimmer Biomet included roles as Product Design Manager and UX Design Lead, focusing on comprehensive UX research and the development of clinician and patient-focused applications that achieved notable partnerships and successful launches. Earlier experience at Fiserv involved overseeing the UX design of widely-used web applications, contributing to significant improvements in user satisfaction through systematic usability testing. Rich holds a BBA in Business with a marketing emphasis from Belmont University and completed additional education at General Assembly in San Francisco.
