Jordan H. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career as an Ops Professional at Palm Beach State College from August 2013 to December 2015. They then joined the Palm Beach County School District as a Technical Support Associate, where they managed Active Directory users, facilitated staff on and offboarding, and restored usable equipment from October 2015 to July 2016.

After that, Jordan worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Security Identification Systems Corporation (SISCO) from July 2016 to March 2018. In this role, they designed and implemented client systems, participated in conference calls to coordinate project timelines, and set up and automated SQL servers.
