TigerLilly Recruitment is a boutique recruitment agency that started in 2006 as specialist in Recruitment in the Construction, Mining, Civil Equipment industries.

We have placed roles in Executive Management, Sales, Technical, Manufacturing, Technical , Trades & Operational staff.

Since 2006 we have built our business on success and reputation of being reputable and knowledgeable in the industries that we specialise in. To date, 99.9% of our placements have exceeded their probation period. Our Targeted Search Recruitment model boasts a 100% success rate on placement.

No matter how impossible it may seem to the employer at the start of the brief to find the ideal candidate - if we say we can do it, we deliver.

The reason why we have such a high success rate is due to the screening tools and training we have available to our consultants as well as each consultant is a specialist in the area they recruit in, we would rather decline a role if we do not feel that we can do the role or the client justice.

Out consultants undergo continuous training to ensure the highest quality of services is provided and that we comply with industry and legislative requirements.
