Justin Richards

Justin Richards has worked in customer experience roles since 2012. Justin started at StubHub as an Inside Sales Representative and then moved to Resource Desk Management Specialist and Outsourcing Management Supervisor, Customer Experience. In 2019, they joined Eversource Energy as a Customer Experience and in 2020 they moved to TigerPress as a Sales and Customer Experience Associate.

Justin Richards graduated from Western New England University in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management.
