Chad Kidney

Chad Kidney is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in global tax operations. Currently serving as Head of Tax at TIH since September 2024, Chad has held prominent roles including VP of Global Tax at Novolex and American Tire Distributors, managing complex tax compliance and provision processes for organizations with significant gross revenues. Chad's expertise encompasses a wide range of tax-related areas, such as international reporting, transfer pricing, and tax incentive strategies, and Chad has successfully implemented technology-driven efficiencies in tax departments. Previous positions include Tax Director at Strategic Outsourcing, Inc., Tax Manager at Ernst & Young, and Senior Tax Associate at Tauber & Balser, P.C. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
