Darren Botha is currently the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Truist Insurance Holdings, LLC, where Darren oversees the delivery of a new cloud native platform for Wholesale Insurance. Previously, Darren held roles at Wells Fargo as the Head of Credit Trading Technology and Senior Engineering Manager in Credit Derivatives & Loan Trading. Darren has experience in Agile transformation, SDLC compliance, and automation testing. Prior to this, Darren worked at Barloworld Limited as a Senior Software Engineer, developing business critical systems. Darren holds a BSc in Computer Science and IT from the University of Pretoria.
