Michelle Stephens has extensive experience in the field of information technology and systems engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Systems Engineer II at Truist Insurance since December 2020, Michelle also holds the position of ADS Section Manager at BB&T Insurance Holdings, Inc. since January 2019. Prior to these roles, Michelle worked as the Information Technology Manager at Quality Builders Warranty for a brief period in late 2018 and spent over two decades at Hearst, concluding as the Executive Director of Application Development in December 2018. Michelle earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte between 1990 and 1994.
