Hani Sherry

Hani Sherry has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2007 with a role as Airport Flight Control at Beirut International Airport. In 2008, they moved to O2 (Telefónica UK) as a 2G-3G planning. Hani then joined STMicroelectronics in 2009, where they held the roles of Senior R&D and PhD (magna cum laude). In 2017, they became CEO & cofounder at TiHive.

Hani Sherry has a diverse educational background. In 2003, they graduated from the University of Balamand with a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Communication Engineering. Hani then went on to pursue an MSc in Microwave and Communication Engineering at The University of Manchester in 2007-2008. In 2009, they were granted a STMicroelectronics CIFRE PhD and completed their Doctor of Philosophy in Terahertz from both the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology and Bergische Universität Wuppertal in 2012. In 2017, they attended HEC Paris. Most recently, in 2018, they completed an executive education program in Negotiations at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Hani also attended Lycee Adonis.
