Tii builds relationships with individuals to provide passive investment opportunities into tangible real estate assets: from new construction to development projects, and short-term, fix and flip deals. 

We've been in business since 2014 and started by flipping houses and managing rental properties. After completing about 100+ deals, the company added a new construction wing into their business, building between 25-30 homes per year in the sub-$500k price point. Our vision is to create enough opportunities to provide 1000 housing units in the next 5 years.

The leaders of this company are Uriah and Katie Dortch. Uriah is a GC and real estate broker. Katie is a former ICU nurse and visionary who drives business development. They have been married for 14 years, have 4 kids, enjoy weekend camping trips, and are active members at The Summit Church.
