John Chaplin

John Chaplin is a product leader with extensive experience in retail media, design, and digital transformation. They currently serve as Head of Ecommerce at Tiimely Home, where they drive retail and e-commerce strategy. Previously, John played pivotal roles at Epsilon, CitrusAd, and Hogarth Australia, where they led product management and technology initiatives. As a co-founder of Fusion, they contributed to its growth over more than two decades, championing digital transformation. John holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor of Design in Product Design from the University of South Australia.
