Anders Pape is a design leader with a focus on creating user-centric experiences, currently serving as the Head of Design at Tiimo, where they enhance user experience for applications aimed at supporting neurodivergent individuals. Previously, Anders held positions as Creative Director and Partner at both Adapt Mobile ApS and Adapt, leading creative teams and strategies that contributed to significant business growth. With a foundational background as a Graphic Designer and Front-End Developer, Anders has built a diverse skill set through roles spanning design and technology. Additionally, they were involved as a jury member for the Danish Digital Award, recognizing impactful digital work.
