Beaux M. is an inclusive brand and DEI strategist with a background as a pastry chef. They have held various roles, including Market Manager and Baker at Wide Awake Bakery and Chef and Forager at Restaurant Noma. In recent roles, Beaux served as an Inclusion and Belonging Specialist at Pleo, where they developed the company's first-ever Belonging strategy, and are currently the Inclusion and Belonging Lead at Tiimo, implementing strategies that integrate principles of accessibility and intersectionality. Beaux's educational background includes degrees from Cornell University and The Culinary Institute of America, along with a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion.
