Millati Silmi is an experienced professional in ethical and sustainable supply chain management with a strong background in social compliance auditing. Currently serving as the Ethical and Sustainable Supply Chain Manager and Social Auditor at Tikamoon since May 2022, Millati leads the planning and execution of social compliance audits for suppliers, particularly focusing on Indonesian operations. Prior experience includes roles at CV JAKA as Assistant Director and Compliance Leader & Sustainability Responsible, managing business communications, factory audits, and sustainability reporting. Millati’s career began in customer service roles, including positions at Ganesha Operation and PT Infomedia Nusantara. Millati holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Universitas Islam Negeri Jakarta.
