Rendy D. is an experienced professional with a robust background in AI-driven business strategies and customer experience innovation. Previous consulting experience with The World Bank involved leading studies on AI and ML applications for Indonesia's Financial Services Authority. Rendy's career encompasses roles at Shopee, MobileCom, and PT. Teknoglobal Multi Sistem Integrasi, along with a significant tenure at IBM, where key accounts in the manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors were managed. Rendy holds an MSc in Engineering with Finance from UCL and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from President University.
