Rifki is an experienced technology professional with a focus on site reliability engineering and solution architecture. Currently serving as a Site Reliability Engineer Lead at tiket.com since December 2022, Rifki has held various key positions including Solution Architect Manager at SICEPAT EKSPRES INDONESIA, Section Head Of Solution Architect at Mola TV, and Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Tokopedia. Additionally, Rifki has worked as a DevOps Engineer at Teknologi Kreasi Anak Bangsa, PT. (UrbanIndo) and started a career as an Application Developer at PT Business Software Solution. Rifki holds an Ahli Madya degree in Teknik Informatika from Universitas Padjadjaran, earned between 2011 and 2014.
