Tio Manik is an experienced professional in people engagement and employer branding, currently serving as the People Engagement & Communication Manager at tiket.com since May 2022. Previously, Tio held the position of People Experience, Branding and Engagement Lead at DKATALIS from September 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included leading employer branding efforts and enhancing company culture. As the Employer Branding Lead at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk, Tio successfully developed recruitment strategies and significantly increased engagement on LinkedIn. Tio began a career in partner engagement at Gerakan Indonesia Mengajar, focusing on corporate partnerships, and also has experience in accounting from Gala Corporation.
