Adriel Choo has extensive experience in strategy and business operations across multiple prominent companies. Currently serving in a strategic role at TikTok since August 2025, Adriel focuses on central operations and agency partner enablement for the global livestreaming business. Prior to TikTok, Adriel worked at Grab from April 2019 to December 2021 as a Manager in Strategy, Planning & Analytics, where responsibilities included improving customer experience and operational efficiencies across eight Southeast Asian countries. Adriel's tenure at Meta, from December 2021 to June 2023, involved managing global programs that enhanced revenue growth and ensured safety for high-value advertisers. A further role at ExpressVPN from January 2024 to March 2025 included leading initiatives that shaped business priorities and product strategies. Adriel began a career in consulting at EY, where contributions were made as both an Associate and Senior Consultant from August 2014 to July 2016. Educationally, Adriel holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology and Corporate Communication from Singapore Management University.
