潘超艺 Bella Pan

超艺 Bella Pan 潘 is currently the Global HR Business Partner for TikTok, a position they have held since 2025. They previously served as Assistant Manager of Organization Development at BMW China from 2021 to 2025. Prior to this, they worked at KPMG as a Senior Consultant in People & Change from 2019 to 2020 and as a Consultant in the same department. Bella gained early HR experience as an HRBP Intern at Bayer from 2016 to 2017 and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Glasgow (2017-2018) and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language & Literature from 河海大学 (2013-2017). They also participated in an exchange program at the University of Cambridge, focusing on Human Resources Management in 2016.
