Brian Chang

Brian Chang is a New York-qualified lawyer with extensive expertise in tech, public policy, government relations, international trade, arbitration, and dispute resolution. They are currently a Global Legal Counsel at TikTok, focusing on content moderation, and previously worked as a Trust & Safety Program Manager at Google. Brian has also held positions at organizations such as Amnesty International USA, where they engaged in human rights advocacy, and the University of Oxford, where they contributed to significant research projects on parliamentary protection of human rights. They hold a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Oxford and a Master of Laws from The George Washington University Law School.
