Ceci Monnette is an experienced professional with a diverse background in strategy, operations, and marketing. Currently serving in the Creator Team for Strategy & Operations at TikTok since February 2024, Ceci also founded and creates content for Finances Reimagined. Prior roles include Chief of Staff at the Andreessen Horowitz Growth Fund, Senior Strategy & Operations Manager at Google, where notable achievements included leading compensation automation projects and improving employee satisfaction through onboarding programs. Earlier experiences include roles at Tanzu Observability, Patronus, Uber, Anthropologie, and Sprout Cafe, showcasing a strong track record in marketing initiatives, team management, and process optimization. Ceci holds a degree in Psychology and Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and has completed the HBXCore program at Harvard Business School.
