Cecil Agar

Cecil Agar currently serves as the Law Enforcement Response Team - Child Safety Operations Lead for EMEA at TikTok since December 2022. Prior to this role, Cecil worked at Tusla - Child and Family Agency in various capacities, including Social Work Team Leader and Child Protection Social Worker, from January 2019 to December 2022. Experience also includes leadership as a Team Leader at Oak Lodge Fostering Services and independent consultancy in social work assessments between June 2017 and January 2019. Earlier roles featured work as a Social Worker in the Children in Care Team and as a Fostering Social Worker at Orchard Fostering.
