Daniel Roldán is a seasoned operations and customer experience professional with extensive experience in leading teams and driving improvements in service operations. Currently serving as the Service Operations - MX Lead at TikTok since August 2025, Daniel previously held the role of Head of Operations & CX at Urbanic from June 2022 to July 2025. Prior to this, a significant tenure at DiDi spanned from November 2018 to May 2022, during which Daniel occupied multiple roles including Product and Customer Experience Manager and Data Analytics Specialist for Latin America and Russia. Daniel’s career began at Amazon, where responsibilities included roles as Catalog Specialist and Business Analyst Trainee. Daniel holds a degree in Economics and Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey, attained in 2018.
