Eli Elfassi

Eli Elfassi is a results-driven security leader currently serving as the Security Site Lead at TikTok USDS since 2022. They previously held the position of Director of Security at the Edlavitch DC Jewish Community Center for two decades, where they managed comprehensive security measures for over 4,500 patrons and employees. Earlier, Eli served as Chief Security Officer at Costa Crociere S.p.A., overseeing physical security on mega capacity vessels and training a team of Maritime Security Officers. Their extensive background includes a role as a Captain in the Israeli Defense Forces, where they commanded a special combat engineering unit, and various security management positions across leading cruise lines and companies.
