Eric Ebenstein

Eric Ebenstein is a Senior Director of Public Policy at TikTok, where they have worked since 2022, having previously held the role of Director of Public Policy from 2019 to 2022. Prior to TikTok, Eric served as the Head of North America Public Policy at DJI from 2016 to 2019, overseeing policy development related to regulatory issues for drone operators. Earlier in their career, they worked at POET as a State Government Affairs Executive from 2013 to 2016, where they opened the Washington, DC office and directed state and local government affairs engagement across the United States. Eric also held various roles at Hewlett-Packard from 2011 to 2013, managing government affairs in the Northeast region and contributing to lobbying strategies.
