Hailey Pan

Hailey Pan is a highly accomplished software engineer and researcher with a diverse background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software development. Currently an intern at TikTok, Hailey is focused on AI and frontend features for TikTok Shop. Prior experience includes conducting research at Harvard Medical School under Dr. Debora Marks, where the investigation centered on machine learning models for antibody-antigen interaction prediction. Additionally, Hailey has interned at MITRE, contributing to full stack development for a web app serving Air Force personnel, as well as at MIT Media Lab and Apple, working on projects related to inventory management and AI agents, respectively. Hailey also co-founded and co-leads AppDev @ MIT, a student organization aimed at developing web and mobile applications to address community issues.
