Hatem Samman currently serves as the Executive Director of Government Relations & Public Policy at TikTok, a position held since May 2024. Prior to TikTok, Hatem was the Head of Public Policy for Saudi Arabia at Amazon from January 2021 to May 2024 and served as a Senior Policy Advisor at the G20 Saudi Secretariat from August 2018 to December 2020.
