As Global Head of Distribution Partnerships, Isaac has established, cultivated, centralized and led a team of 30 across Business Development, Business Operations, and Strategy, with footprint in the North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

He leads the Unified Business Development teams globally, with an updated focus on the execution of high impact partnerships across Telecommunications, Infrastructure, Product, and Trust & Safety to drive adoption, usage, retention, brand lift and product excellence across ByteDance's suite of applications.
