Jacque Lim, CQP FCQI MSQI, is a Chartered Quality Professional and CX Leader with over 20 years of experience driving AI-enabled customer experience, loyalty, and service excellence across APAC and global brands. Currently, Jacque is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Malaya while holding the role of Regional Head of Service Delivery for TikTok E-Commerce. Previous positions include Global Head of Customer Experience at AirAsia and First Vice President at UOB, among others. Additionally, Jacque has been recognized as an Awards Judge and Iconic Woman Achiever 2025.
